The beautiful Bodiam Castle is located near Robertsbridge in East Sussex in the UK.
Built in 1385 with the permission of Richard II, the castle was originally designed as a local stronghold against a possible French invasion. More recently the castle has been seen in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, among many other film and TV credits.
This unusual view clearly shows part of the moat which completely surrounds the castle,
as well as the long footbridge leading to the castle entrance, and is best appreciated as a large print.
