This image was captured on the very last night the Melbourne Observation Deck at the Rialto Tower was open to the public. Sadly after some 15 years, it closed indefinitely on December 31st 2009.

I decided to revisit this view both during the day and at night in order to create some updated images with stunning levels of detail, that can best be appreciated as very large prints.
